Our Vision is to build a sustainable pipeline of youth athletes from ages U8 to U14 to national teams; increase youth participation in the sport; by providing elite coaching with an inclusive approach.
Our Mission is to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a passion for the game through accessible, high-performance programs.

Club founders bring years of elite coaching experience and represent the USA Masters teams. Coaches include former U.S. National players and international-level talent.
Founding members recognize that there is not a pipeline of youth athletes playing field hockey in the Southern California region to feed to the adult and national teams. There is no elite or high performance club for field hockey, as exists for other youth sports, which focuses on youth development for the ages U16 to U19. While there continues to be a growing interest among youth wanting to play field hockey in the Southern California region, a proper channel for them to turn that interest into passion currently does not exist.
Strikers is founded and led by experienced coaches! The founders bring 15 years of coaching experience, include former US National players, international-level talent, and represent the USA Masters teams.
